Description of problem:

Several of the translations for strings in comps.xml have not been pulled from Transfiex. For example, the Italian translation for "KDE Plasma Workspaces" was added two months ago, but is not in git.

Also .tx/config needs to be changed to use transifex.com instead of transifex.net.

It's a bit more than that. Apparently the entire project definition format has changed, so nothing works OOTB. Attempting to fix...

Translations present in comps.xml on the release media for F20.
