Description of problem:
Go to community and sign in as admin. Check icon for drupal at left corner. The icon of openshift on drupal can't be shown on IE9 & IE10. Detail can be found in attachment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to community and sign in as admin
2. Check icon of openshift on drupal on IE9 & IE10
3. 

Actual results:
Icon of openshift on drupal can't display.

Expected results:
The icon should be display.

This is a Drupal 6 cosmetic issue that is only visible to Drupal admins using IE. Anonymous visitors to the site do not experience this problem. Closing ticket.
