Description of problem:

No event message is generated when remove-brick operation is stopped from UI.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): cb8 build
Red Hat Storage Console Version: 2.1.2-0.24.master.el6_5


How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a distributed volume and start it.
2. Mount the volume and write some data
3. Start remove brick from the UI
4. When data migration is in progress, click on STOP


Actual results:
Event message is generated when starting the remove brick operation. However, no event message is generated when remove brick operation is stopped

Expected results:
Proper event message should be generated for the operation.

We are not planning to fix it. Hence closing this BZ. If you think, it's applicable for 3.x release and would have an impact on customer, pls. open up a new BZ with the appropriate version. Thanks, -Dusmant
