Description of problem:kgpg pops an error box when no file is specified.

2.10.90

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot system with kgpg
2.Watch error box pop up when the kgpg applet starts. (Happens twice.)
3.

Actual results:
See (2), above

Expected results:
No error box for a non-error condition displayed.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
