Description of problem: 1.log into useportal 2. click on one of the vms that appear in the center of the screen. 3. vm jumps to the top of the page. 4. this behaviour is not consistent and is confusing
I guess that this behaviour is caused by the vm properties window opening. but it would be nice if it could open up without messing up with the vm entry position

Einav's improvement is he right solution. Have nothing else to add :)
As far as I can tell this behaviour is strictly in the user portal, the web-admin properly scrolls as indicated in the desired behaviour.
after talking with Alexander: behavior is inconsistent across different scenarios and also across different browsers - will be extremely tricky to try and resolve, probably not worth the effort compared to the gained improvement. closing.
