Description of problem:
Sigset, sighold, sigrelse, sigpause and sigignore are functions defined since
Issue 4, Version 2 of The Open Group Base Specifications. (see

But /usr/include/signal.h only defines that functions if you selects the Issue 5

The fix seems easy:

Fixed in glibc-2.3.2-{81,82} (RHEL3 sushi, rawhide).
