Description of problem:
In SwitchYard metrics the details window which pops up after clicking on "details" button is unnecessary big and can't be scaled. Similar approach like in SwitchYard applications overview would be better (small window with expand button)

Expected results: Runtime Operations -> SwitchYard -> select application -> one of the "Component Services" -> "View details..."
