Description of problem:

HTTP 415 Error message occurs when submitting a new dtgov deployment

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
* 6.0.0.ER6

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install FSW
2. Open dtgov-ui/deployments in IE8
3. Try to create new switchyard deployment

Actual results:

* HTTP 415 error

Please retest using IE9 and IE10, we are no longer supporting IE8.
