Describe the issue:
Found especially in Table 5.5."List of indexing performance and behavior properties"
but that's an example, the mistake is done in several chapters.


Suggestions for improvement:
there are many properties listed in the manual with a double dot in there, for example
"default..exclusive_index_use"


Additional information:

These properties should all have a single separating dot
"default.exclusive_index_use"

OK, I can't spot any others so I assume the ones fixed in the other bug are it. The rest are 60+ examples of ... to indicate that more code will come in its place.

So this looks OK to me.
