Title: Index Format Compatibility

Describe the issue:
This section was ported from the Hibernate Search documentation but the new wording is misleading.

we DO NOT have a tool or an API to upgrade the index. The concept is that we offer this option to be able to _use_ an older index as it is, without converting it.

Suggestions for improvement:

Remove the warning about the "update", and reword the introduction.

Yes, this is now excluded as part of the Configuration Options chapter as identified in the email thread. Setting this to CLOSED Deferred since it is not included for this release.
