Description of problem: 
PackageKit file /etc/PackageKit/Vendor.conf has field referring to Fedora.  
VendorIcon=fedora-logo-small

Need to be updated for RedHat

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
PackageKit-0.8.9-8.el7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.grep -i fedora /etc/PackageKit/Vendor.conf

Actual results:
VendorIcon=fedora-logo-small

Expected results:
VendorIcon=RedHat-logo

After looking through the code of PackageKit and gnome-packagekit, the VendorIcon field is never used

Right, it's not used at all. I can remove it if the word fedora is somehow banned, but I don't think this is huge priority.
