HRCPP-100 includes 
org.infinispan.client.hotrod.Flag
org.infinispan.client.hotrod.MetadataValue
org.infinispan.client.hotrod.VersionedValue

The aim is not to be able to compile the HotRod test suite agains the JNI code, but to be able to replace the infinispan-client-hotrod JAR with the JNI one *after* the fact. Also not all tests make sense wrt the JNI client, so it's not really worth spending the energy in matching things 1:1
