Description of problem:
Every time I visit a web page with Adobe Flash, this SELinux alert is displayed.
SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/prelink from 'relabelfrom' accesses on the file undo.#prelink#.JSIRiV.

Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.

# semodule -i mypol.pp
