Description of problem:
 Text field for messaging port is missing in socket bindings screens for standalone-full, standalone-full-ha, domain-full, and domain-full-ha profiles.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 EAP 6.2.0.CR3

How reproducible:
 Always

Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Start the installer in gui mode, go to Socket binding screen using default values.
 2. Once on Socket bindings screen, choose to "Configure custom port bindings". Choose either standalone, or domain mode.
 3. Keep pressing the Next button to get to full-standalone/full-domain screen.

Actual results:
 JTextField for entering messaging system property and default port is missing.

Expected results:
 JTextField with Default value 5445 is presented.

User can now configure messaging port on standalone-full, standalone-full-ha, domain-full, and domain-full-ha profiles.

Verified on EAP 6.3.0.ER4 installer.
