Add db cartridge to scaling app

Description of problem:
When add db cartridges to scaling app, error messages "We appear to be having technical difficulties"" show up 
And /var/log/openshift/site/devenv.log as attachments

fork_ami_origin_ui_128_953

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a scaling app 
2. Add db cartridges(mysql,mongodb,postgresql) to the app
3. Check the results

Actual results:
Failed with "We appear to be having technical difficulties" messages and log as attachments

Expected results:
Should add succesfully
