Description of problem:

For RH storage cert support, we need to

1. add a product icon to index page and clicking the product icon should go to /rh_storage
2. /rh_storage should show all rh storage certs
3. /rh_storagex.x should show rh storage certs with version x.x

item 3 should be "/rh_storagex should show rh storage certs with version x.*
