Description of problem:

When I try to create a new 'package' or 'included knowledge session' then the 'new dialog' will be pre-filled with an old value (if there was any)

How to reproduce:
1) create a project
2) switch to it's 'Knowledge base settings'
3) add package1
4) add package2 (at this point the window should be prefiled with package1)
- the same is valid for an 'included knowledge session'
