Description of problem:
On rhel7 it's not possible to rebuild zsh because of missing build dependency.

#rpmbuild -ba rpmbuild/SPECS/zsh.spec 
error: Failed build dependencies:
        tetex is needed by zsh-5.0.2-3.el7.ppc64

# yum whatprovides tetex
Loaded plugins: auto-update-debuginfo, product-id, subscription-manager
This system is not registered to Red Hat Subscription Management. You can use subscription-manager to register.
