Description of problem:

If a user tries to input a new task and then decides to cancel it (hit 'x') the window will contain the filled out data on second attempt.

This issue was fixed in Uberfire: 
 http://github.com/droolsjbpm/uberfire/commit/6c99b5258

The fix in uberfire causes issues with the Calendar (DateTimePicker from GWT Bootstrap).

The issue caused by the fix in uberfire was fixed here: http://github.com/droolsjbpm/jbpm-console-ng/commit/77795c2b9

There is a new calendar widget now and a time selection widget.

An extra css was required to make the fix work in kie-wb
