Please add the repo url in the "online format": http://maven.repository.redhat.com/techpreview/all"  not just link to the zip file

Now reusing topic (Maven Repository Location) from Getting Started Guide, appearing immediately after the 'Setting the Development Environment' topic. This will ensure that changes to these links in future will be updated across all guides automatically.
