Description of problem:
nodejs cartridge is a new feature of ose-2.0, but after upgrade 1.2 to 2.0, no nodejs cartridge is installed.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup ose-1.2 env
2. Create some app on the node
3. Upgrade node from 1.2 to 2.0

Actual results:
nodejs cartridge is not installed.

Expected results:
nodejs cartridge should be installed.

This is expected, we will be not be adding net-new functionality with the upgrade.  We will be linking the user to docs for adding new features (such as the nodejs cartridge).

The upgrade documentation will also describe how to add the new features after the upgrade has been completed.
