Description Libor Zoubek 2013-11-27 15:31:25 UTC
Description of problem:

I am not able to get rid of my agent or platform. On my platform there is EAP6 stock instance running and imported.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 3.2.0.ER7

How reproducible: not sure

Steps to Reproduce:

I have several scenarios, all with same result

A. simply uninventory platform or try to delete agent in Administration

B. shutdown agent on given platform, try A.

C. restart JON server, try B

D. start up agent again, run avail and disovery -f, try A

Actual results:

java.lang.IllegalStateException:Failed to uninventory platform. This can happen if new resources were actively being imported. Please wait and try again shortly.

Expected results:

I'd like to be able get rid of my agent

Additional info:

Workaround exists: uninventory all childresources for given platform, then uninventory platform

Probably the same as Bug 830158. Not clear how much of a real world issue this is.

Comment 2 Jay Shaughnessy 2014-09-05 18:37:17 UTC
Closing, no clear reproduction steps and no indication of this being a real-world, or current issue.
