Some users are finding that, when they generate a REST WAR in Teiid Designer, they are presented with a processing dialog; however, it soon turns grey and becomes unresponsive.

Repeatable with JNDS 7.1 CR1 on a Mac, but not when running from the IDE. The error is that it is not resolving the Simple Datatypes schema.

Copied the builtInDataType.xsd to the war resources folder to avoid the need for plugin resource resolution. The schema will only be added in the services that require the global data type schema.
