As the virtio-scsi driver for Windows 2003 is no longer provided in the virtio-win package, the RHEV-VioSCSI MSI installers have also been modified to reflect this change.

Description of problem:
Due to BZ#1018649 - removal of VioSCSI driver for W2K3 there is a need to modify the VioSCSI MSI installers and the wrapper to reflect the change.

Verified in is31 with RHEV-toolsSetup_3.3_9.
SCSI is not option in tools installer.
When try to install SCSI via MSI installer it fails.
