Description of problem:
ABRT on RHEL calls sosreport and saves the resulting sos archive along with other crash data for all detected crashes. When users decides to report a detected crash to Bugzilla, libreport attaches the sos archive as a public attachment. This is an unwanted behaviour because the sos archive contains private information.

Users can create the entire bug report as private.

This particular bug will be fixed by bugzilla https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1279453 . So closing as a duplicate.
