Description of problem:
There is no console and consoleauth status in the output of openstack-status. Even though openstack-nova-console is installed:

rpm -q openstack-nova-console
openstack-nova-console-2013.1.3-3.el6ost.noarch

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openstack-utils-2013.1-8.1.el6ost.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. openstack-status | grep console || echo "Fail"
Warning keystonerc not sourced
Fail


Actual results:
Fail

Expected results:
console and consoleauth status

We are also missing the novncproxy there.
