Description of problem:
in case export domain is not reachable be one of the hosts, host is still up and no warning/audit log appears to the user

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
tested with 3.2.5 sf22

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ISCSI DC with one host, data and export domains
2. block the export domain only from your second host before adding it to your setup
3. add the second host to the setup

Actual results:
host is up, no warning appears to the user that the export is not reachable

Expected results:
warning should appear to the user that the export is not reachable

We should have an audit log in such a situation.

We probably need to also validate it for ISO domain, Would it be better to open a separate bug for it?

I now see that there is already a fix for that introduced in commit 55db869d9101aafbbbd08a014be8dc05876ab90c

This fix should be on the current release for ISO and Export domain
