Created attachment 831699 [details] lspci + iwconfig_ok + ifconfig_ok + /var/log/messages Description of problem: On a laptop DELL Precision M4800 with Dell wireless 1550 which corresponds to Broadcom BCM4352 [14e4:43b1) (rev 03) Just after login activation of wireless link seems ok (see /var/log/message at 16:49:00) but the link fails after some time (/var/log/message at 16:49:53) and attempts to reconnect always fail (/var/log/message at 16:50:08) Signal level is very good. Work well under windows 7 in same location. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): uname -a Linux localhost.localdomain 3.11.9-200.fc19.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Nov 20 21:22:24 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux driver :kmod-wl-3.11.9-200.fc19.x86_64.x86_64 6.30.223.141-1.fc19.10 @rpmfusion-nonfree-updates How reproducible: Random typical survival time of the wireless link of a few seconds to a few minutes (at most one hour) Steps to Reproduce: 1. see attached files 2. 3. Actual results: wireless link on Dell M4800 seems unusable on fc19 with the standard Dell wireless card and the driver in rpmfusion-nonfree-updates Expected results: Additional info: I have desactivated IPV6 in /etc/sysctl.conf. Does not change the behavior but I don't understand why there are still somme messages about IPV6 in /var/log/messages......
We don't provide or support the proprietary wl driver. You need to take this up with the rpmfusion people.
