If changes are made to Makefile.am files in subdirectories and configure.ac, running autoreconf fails on strongswan. The following errors are output:

+ umask 022
+ cd /home/avagarwa/rpmbuild/BUILD
+ cd strongswan-5.1.0
+ autoreconf
parallel-tests: error: required file './test-driver' not found
parallel-tests: 'automake --add-missing' can install 'test-driver'
autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.40K9fz (%build)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
