Description of problem:
NPE when adding a validator in Properties view on Validators tab

JBTIS 4.1.3.Beta5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add any bean implementation
2. Go to Properties view and select Validators
3. Click Add buton

I cannot duplicate this in the latest 1.1.1 build of the tools.

Now, it works also in JBTIS 4.1.3.CR1 (which includes SY Tools 1.1.1)

Fixed and included in the latest release.
