Previously, the step type value for rebalance volume and remove bricks were displayed as UNKNOWN in API listing. Now, the correct step type is displayed.

Description of problem:
The type field of the migrating step(child of the executing step) of the remove-brick job is unknown.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dist vol created in rhsc
2. via the rest api migrate 2 bricks
=> job id is returned
3. get the index of the steps for the job
(GET /api/jobs/:id/steps)
4. inspect status of the step with the description 'removing bricks'


Actual results:
unknown

Expected results:
should not be set to unknown.
