Description Miroslav Hradílek 2013-12-03 23:13:19 UTC
Description of problem:

I noticed that on RHEL6.5 ImageMagick silently ignores errors returned by libjpeg-turbo, skips the image and returns success without any warning. On RHEL5.9 though it behaves correctly and reports corrupted jpeg error.

Example error:
identify: Invalid component ID 3 in SOS
