Description of problem:
If a project owner / admin views an obsolete project and presses "Export project to TMX" the are presented with the error:

XML Parsing Error: syntax error Location: http://localhost:9898/zanata/rest/tm/projects/about-fedora Line Number 1, Column 1:
<sourcetext>Project 'about-fedora' not found. ^</sourcetext>
</parsererror>

3.3

How reproducible:
Easy always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign in as admin
2. Go to any obsolete project (make one Obsolete if need be)
3. Press "Export project to TMX"

Actual results:
Parser error

Expected results:
Perhaps the button should not be available.
