iscan, iscan-data and related packages from Epson are not part of Fedora package collection (mainly due to not being fully free and open-source software). iscan-firmware package present in Fedora repositories is not obsolete. It contains ONLY the redistributable firmware files for certain Epson scanners. The F20 package is currently missing only the firmwares for GT-F740, GT-S640, Perfection V37/V370 models, which is not what you appear to have. I'll prepare an update containing that firmware and changing the versioning scheme so that it's less confusing.
New packages should be available in updates-testing soon. However, this particular report is not actually a bug, so I'm closing it.
Ah. I didn't know that. Thank you for your information.
(In reply to Dominik 'Rathann' Mierzejewski from comment #1) > iscan, iscan-data and related packages from Epson are not part of Fedora > package collection (mainly due to not being fully free and open-source > software). Fortunately, the only nonfree part of iscan is libesmod, which is not required for all models. Unfortuntately, I cannot find any documentation regarding what libesmod does or what models require it. Could iscan and iscan-data be included in Fedora without libesmod?

You are welcome to package it yourself and submit for review and inclusion into Fedora. I'm no longer the maintainer of this package or anything Epson-related, as I don't have the hardware anymore, so I'm not interested.
