I just unzipped EAP and didn't make any changes/configurations.

My installation does not fail when installing overtop a new EAP unzip. What is your environment?

FSW ER7 is designed to be sitting on top of EAP 6.1.1, not 6.1.0 any longer :) This could be the source of the issue, however, I'm also not sure that the newest installer is being used.

Didn't know we don't support 6.1.0. Tried with eap-6.1.1 Today and it works. Feel free to resolve.
