Description of problem:

I miss the remove button from previous builds in Artifact Repository. It might be because of some roles but I have role admin and analyst, so I assume I should be able to remove it.

See the attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a user with roles admin and analyst
2. Upload some artifact
3. See there is no button to remove the uploaded artifact in Artifact Repository
