We will need to fix at least the following important silent wrong-code bugs:

PR59358
PR59014
PR59138
PR59163
PR58726

as well as several ice-on-valid bugs, e.g. PR58864.

The new tests in the testsuite passed. Verified for devtoolset-2-gcc-4.8.2-7.
