Title: Filter Expressions for Logging

Describe the issue:
 According to bug 982303 comment 9, one have to escape comma in filter expression while adding a filter-spec for handler, or whole expression is resolved as List (String is required).

Suggestions for improvement:
 We should make a note in documentation describing this behaviour, and maybe add some simple examples.
