Doc Text:	When creating domains in the Management Console, the invalid input field was highlighted when an invalid domain name was specified. However, the corresponding error message was not highlighted, causing confusion for users because the error was not immediately recognized. This has been fixed and the corresponding error message is now highlighted when an invalid domain name is specified.

Description of problem:

When creating invalid domains including invalid charactors, invalid length, blank input, or existing domain, only the input form is highlighted to be red, the error message is not highlighted, it's gray. We should also highligted the error message.

Test it on puddle [2.0.2/2014-01-13]
Create an invalid domain on setting page and have a check. The error message can't be highlighted and still gray.
Can't create a domain because it's blocked by Bug1017656. Domains can't be created on page console/domains/new.
Error message like "Invalid namespace. Namespace must only contain alphanumeric characters." should be highlighted. Pls check it again, thanks!

Test on puddle [2.0.2/2014-01-14]
Create an invalid on both setting and domains/new page, the error message is highlighted in red. So verify this bug, thanks!
