Title: @Indexed

Describe the issue:
The @Indexed annotation declares a persistent class indexable. All entities not annotated with @Indexed are ignored. 

Suggestions for improvement:
The @Indexed annotation declares a cached entry indexable. All entries not annotated with @Indexed are ignored. 

Additional information:
I think everithing related to "persistent class" should be changed to "cached entry" in the text
