Description of problem:
The upgrade process outlined in the documentation does not accuratly describe the process for 3.2.3 to 3.2.4. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

3.2.3-1

How reproducible:
Upgrade a RHEVM instance running 3.2.3 using rhevm-upgrade

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # yum update rhevm-setup
2. # rhevm-upgrade
3. # yum update rhevm-reports*
... Please note this doesn't get the rhevm-dwh newer package
4. Then you run the following (# rhevm-dwh-setup and # rhevm-reports-setup)

Actual results:
You are not prompted to update rhevm-reports and rhevm-dwh

Expected results:
You are prompted to update rhevm-reports and rhevm-dwh

[ INFO  ] DWH and/or Reports were found on this system.
          To upgrade them, please run the following commands:
          # yum update rhevm-dwh rhevm-reports
          # rhevm-dwh-setup
          # rhevm-reports-setup
