Description of problem: The package quid-cpp-server is installing as dependecy the packages xerces-c and xqilla, I believe this is happening because the XML plugin is added as a file of quid-cpp-server package. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): qpid-cpp-server-0.24-4 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install qpid-cpp-server with yum (yum install quid-cpp-server) Actual results: xerces-c and xqilla are marked as dependencies. Expected results: xerces-c and xqilla should not be marked as dependencies. Additional info: There was also a dependency for quid-cpp-server-rdma, but in release 4 is not there.
This should be fixed with the latest build on F18/F19. The qpid-cpp-server package was pulling in the xml.so library which has a dependency on xqilla and xerces-c. The update to BZ#1038674 fixes this.
