Description of problem:
video at smaller that 1:1 size has scaling artifacts (colors are off, individual colors are clipping)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. play a video in Windows guest in e.g. VLC
2. resize VLC window (shrink window or set video size to 1:2)
3.

Actual results:
video colors get wrong (mainly around edges in the picture, see screenshot)

Expected results:
video looks normally

[ hmm, that would be a good candidate for the qxl record tool :) ]

Similar to Bug 884753 bug reproduced on many platforms and configurations, particularly on VNC without QXL driver installed (standart VGA device) It seem like VLC bug, and it is definitely not qxl bug.
