Description of problem:
As subject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.8.5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a run page. 
2. Add a bug to a case, the bug id is 8888888.
3. Then click ok btn, check the bug has been added or not. 

Actual results:
After cilck ok btn, system has no action. 
Refresh the page, system has added the bug to case. while the bug id change to 8388607. 

Expected results:
Do not refresh the run page, system show the bug correctly.

verify this issue on prod env on v3.8.9-2.--->Pass
verify steps are same as comment 1.
