Description of problem:
JCAMixIn fails to start since required depdency on shrinkwrap-impl-base is not added to the POM. JCAMixIn itself already has been deprecated. A fix for this issue is ready now.

How reproducible:
whenever JCAMixIn is used

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run the testcase using JCAMixIn and then it throws an exception

Not a supported feature in FSW 6.  Instead of giving this a devel nack, I'm just going to close it since this will never be a supported part of the product.
