Description Guillermo 2013-12-07 05:17:15 UTC
Description of problem: After the update to 3.11.9-200.fc19.x86_64, the numpad keys of my keyboard are not working, and evtest shows a msc_scan code when I press the keys of other keys of the keyboard, like F6. Even though, the num lock key does appear in evtest as the numlock key, but it does not change the behavior of the numpad keys. They keep sending wrong scancodes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.11.9-200.fc19.x86_64

How reproducible: All the time. It happens when using gnome-shell or a terminal without a graphical environment

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot the computer
2.use the numpad keys and they don't work as expected
3.

Actual results:
numpad keys act as different keys

Expected results:
numpad keys should send correct scan code

Never mind, I tested the keypad during bios configuration, and it does not work either. I guess the keyboard went bad.
