Install RHEL server v2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64 GNOME2.28.2 to test machine 2. Install v7 Test suite 3. Run info test as below: v7 run --test=cpuscaling --debug=low Actual results: Fail Expected results: Pass

Hi, According to the CPU registers the CPU is not achieving the claimed 2.7GHz but only getting to 2.5GHz. Typically the best place to look is in the BIOS and/or the BIOS team for the system to determine why this happens.
