Description of problem:
Installation fails and generates the attached rdsosreport indicating a failure to switch root.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
FC20 TC5 x86_64 DVD ISO

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot from DVD
2. Select install fedora, wait for dracut to timeout and dump you to the emergency shell
3.

Actual results:
Dracut emergency shell

Expected results:
Anaconda


Additional info:
Perhaps this is an anaconda bug? I'm not sure.

Did the media check succeed? Can you boot with rd.debug=1 and attach the SOS report from that?

I've not been able to extract a sha256sum from the burned media, however I burned another copy and that disc at least made it to the point of starting the media check which failed. So given that the first disk never made it to that point I suspect this is simply bad media.
