Description of problem:

can be seen on monthly based reports that in BR45 (Users' Spice Sessions Activity) there are mentioned of the CPU usage (~100%), while BR16 (Multiple Virtual Machines Resource Usage (Over Time)) is empty

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install engine + dwh + reports
2. create 5 running VMs, one consume some CPU
3. Check the reports after a week

Actual results:
VM-3 CPU usage is not shown in BR16 graph

In Users' Spice Sessions Activity (BR45)
The calculation of cpu usage is aggregated according to the user, while the vm is up.


Multiple Virtual Machines Resource Usage (Over Time) (BR16)
The calculation of cpu usage is aggregated according to the vm status, the time the vm is not up is also included in the calculation.

Barak D, please close this as not a bug. you can open a seperated bug for documentation if you think it lacks information.

The difference between reports was not clear enough.
Failed to recreate exactly the same problems, so I guess the explanation satisfies.
