Description of problem: devtoolset-2-args4j-2.0.16-11.el6.src.rpm requires mvn-rpmbuild (from maven-local) to build, but this requirement is not specified in the spec file.

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Satisfy all listed BuildRequires
2. Attempt build
3. "+ mvn-rpmbuild install javadoc:aggregate

"

Actual results:
incorrect build requires

Expected results:

Eclipse rebuilds on RHEL6 are unsupported due to build environment complexity.
